Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Intern to support our back-office operations at Dibber International Preschool in Patna. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and contributing to our nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Help organize meetings, appointments, and events, coordinating with staff and parents as needed.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communication: Draft and distribute communications to parents and staff, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
  • Support to Leadership: Provide assistance to the Unit Manager and other leadership staff in daily operations and special projects.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specifically, the ability to work as self-starter.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in completing tasks.
