Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Intern to support our back-office operations at Dibber International Preschool in Patna. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and contributing to our nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Help organize meetings, appointments, and events, coordinating with staff and parents as needed.
- Document Management: Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communication: Draft and distribute communications to parents and staff, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
- Support to Leadership: Provide assistance to the Unit Manager and other leadership staff in daily operations and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability; specifically, the ability to work as self-starter.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in completing tasks.
