Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Finance Executive. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting team, you will be responsible for managing budgets, forecasts, and reports.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance and align financial goals with the overall objectives of the organization while learning from the Finance Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update project/client data to support decision-making and accurate reporting.
  • Create charts and summary tables for easy data visualization and analysis.
  • Reconcile project/client data with organizational databases and accounts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare detailed reports on projects and clients, identifying issues.
  • Invoice clients promptly for services, handle queries, and coordinate with internal contacts.
  • Resolve vendor disputes, ensure invoices are entered timely, and reconcile statements of accounts.
  • Manage monthly and annual GST return filings for compliance with Indian regulations.
  • Handle monthly TDS filings for the Indian entity and assist with compliance audits.
Requirements:
  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree. CA Inter Pass is an added advantage.
  • Has 2+ years of experience in a Finance team.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibits strong decision-making skills.
  • Has excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate financial details.
  • Is well-versed with MS Office, Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
