Financial Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate day-to-day accounts and general ledger entries, ensuring transparency and compliance with pharma-specific accounting norms.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, 9) on time, guaranteeing seamless financial data management.
  • Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing with precision, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations, to maintain financial integrity.
  • Maintain inventory accounting (raw material, WIP, finished goods), providing valuable insights into production and supply chain optimization.
  • Assist in monthly closing, MIS reports, and statutory audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, guaranteeing the highest level of financial governance.
  • Work on Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems for financial data management, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive business growth.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Master's degree in Commerce, or CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance in a pharma or manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and inventory accounting, with a proven track record of application.
  • Experience with Zoho Books, Tally, SAP, or similar ERP tools, demonstrating proficiency in financial data management.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting, with a strong analytical mindset.
