At our organization, we're seeking an experienced Software Development Specialist to fill a key role. This position will involve designing and developing machine learning systems that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning systems using statistical analysis and techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Develop machine learning applications according to client requirements, selecting appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
  • Run machine learning tests and experiments, performing statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
  • Train and retrain systems when necessary, visualizing data and presenting findings to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in machine learning and data science.
  • Excellent understanding of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodology.
