Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development unit, you will play a crucial role in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application needs.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing independently and becoming an SME in their area of expertise. They will actively participate in team discussions, contribute solutions to work-related problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and develop and document application design specifications based on business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in Selenium, experience with automated testing frameworks (desired), a solid understanding of software development life cycle methodologies, and familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python. Additionally, they should have experience in creating and executing test cases and test plans.
Benefits:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium and a strong educational background, with at least 15 years of full-time education.
