We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Finance. The role will involve supporting the preparation of financial reports, managing accounting operations and providing analytical insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and review financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
    • Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards and key performance indicators.
  • Accounting Operations:
    • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, reconciliations and journal entries.
    • Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses and international transactions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Support budget preparation, forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Provide insights on financial performance to inform business decisions.
  • Compliance & Taxation:
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
    • Assist with filing requirements and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
    • Monitor cash flows, working capital and fund requirements.
    • Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements and treasury activities.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Contribute to the automation of financial processes and system improvements.
    • Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    Requirements
    • CA-Inter/ MBA Finance
    • 2–4 years in accounting, finance or financial planning and analysis (E-commerce/Retail/Consumer Goods preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
    • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
    • Good understanding of international transactions and forex.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment.
