Network Security Engineer Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Network & Security professional to spearhead our network architecture, management, and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement firewall solutions using Cisco ASA, Fortinet FortiGate, and Checkpoint for enhanced security and threat prevention.
  • Develop, configure, and monitor VPN solutions for secure connectivity across global networks, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Oversee the implementation and tuning of Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) to defend against evolving cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Administer and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA) policies for cloud security, access control, and robust network protection.
  • Lead Layer 2/3 switching operations, including VLAN configuration, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) optimization, and traffic segmentation for improved network performance and efficiency.
  • Deploy and maintain Fortinet SD-WAN solutions for resilient connectivity, bandwidth optimization, and reduced latency.
  • Manage enterprise wireless infrastructure across Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC), Aruba, and Meraki platforms for superior performance, security, and scalability.
  • Ensure reliable and secure operation of network services like DNS, DHCP, NTP, including redundancy and fault-tolerance measures.
Requirements:
  • 7-9 years of relevant experience in network engineering and security, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IPS, Zscaler cloud security, switching technologies, SD-WAN, and wireless solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting or automation languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of network architectures, overlay networks, and branch-office deployments for efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Familiarity with wireless authentication protocols, RF optimization, and controller-based management for robust and secure wireless networks.
  • Competency in core services like DNS zone management, DHCP scopes, and NTP synchronization for reliable network operation.
