Performance Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession, Career & Development Planning (SMCDP).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data migration and configuration of PMGM and SMCDP modules.
  • Leading workshops with HR and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Configuring workflows, permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, and 360 review functionality.
  • Performing data migration, preparing and executing test cases, managing user acceptance testing, ensuring quality delivery, providing post-go-live support, creating and maintaining documentation, training end users, HR teams, and super-users on PMGM and SMCDP functionality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring data security, role-based access, and compliance with relevant company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5+ years dedicated to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong expertise in goal plans, performance cycles, calibrations, 360 reviews, feedback workflows, succession models, MDF objects, development paths, career worksheets, and full end-to-end implementations of PMGM and SMCDP modules.
  • Able to handle change requests, enhancements, and maintenance of PMGM and SMCDP.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes related to performance, goal setting, career planning, succession planning.
  • Familiarity with integration points with other SuccessFactors modules and/or third-party systems.
  • Strong skills in business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, and post-go-live support.
