Relationship Manager Sales

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our team and drive growth in working capital finance for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The successful candidate will have extensive experience in acquiring and managing customer relationships, generating revenue, and cross-selling products to SME clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate new business prospects within the SME sector through direct sourcing and open market channels.
  • Aquire and manage customer relationships, taking proposals to the disbursement stage.
  • Generate revenue and cross-sell products to SME clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in working capital products, SME market specialization, asset business expertise.
  • Strong skills in balance sheet analysis, financial ratios, security documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of SME clients acquisition for banks.
  • Experience in portfolio management, monitoring accounts on time.
  • Maintain relationships with business banking to originate business with complex customers.
  • Dealing with business/sales team for development of new working capital products.
  • Good working experience in assert loan is accepted.
