Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to support the development of next-generation AI models. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python programming, dataset generation, and model evaluation.

This role focuses on working with our team to design and implement efficient AI training pipelines, generate and refine datasets, and run evaluations to measure model performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  • Collaborate with researchers to generate and refine datasets for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
  • Run Evals to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear and structured feedback.
  • Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills.
