The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing drawings received from clients, computing the scope of work, and planning project targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing client-provided drawings to compute the scope of work
  • Checking material transfer orders (MTOs) for materials received at the yard
  • Planning and scheduling project targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Reviewing inspection and test plans (ITPs) and following requirements
  • Preparing purchase requisitions for MTO procurement
  • Reviewing vendor proposals for specs and quantity
  • Maintaining materials control charts and reconciling free-issued materials
  • Handling manpower and tools/equipment at site

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institute
  • Preferably additional qualifications: Diploma in Piping Engineering and Design
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • ASNT Level II qualifications in RT/UT/MPI and LPT
