Job Summary

As a senior financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the finance backbone for high-growth companies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and possess strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure and ensure accuracy of accounts.
  • Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports and dashboards (Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs Actual).
  • Drive financial planning, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
  • Establish systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, investor, and audit requirements.
  • Manage and track Capital Structure and investor obligations.
  • Support fundraising, due diligence, and investor reporting.
  • Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking across functions.

Requirements

  • CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and MIS.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to audit, investor reporting, fundraising support, or due diligence is an advantage.
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams.
