Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Consultant, a position that demands expertise in IT and e-Governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes and organizational structures, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain critical data related to IT infrastructure and e-Governance projects, presenting complex data effectively to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and update comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports, dashboards, presentations, and financial analyses for stakeholders, enhancing stakeholder engagement through effective reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing business processes and organizational structures, developing strategic solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Assist in drafting essential procurement documents such as Expressions of Interest (EoIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for technology solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Provide end-to-end support across all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Define clear project requirements, timelines, costing, and service levels (SLAs) for IT and e-Governance initiatives, negotiating and managing contracts to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Continuously monitor project status, track Service Level Agreements (SLAs), oversee issue resolution processes, and assess vendor performance, improving project delivery and vendor management processes.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance for all departmental e-Governance initiatives and related tasks, contributing to the broader digital transformation agenda, developing and implementing strategies to enhance digital governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar role focused on IT and e-Governance initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and organizational structures, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Experience in preparing detailed MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with diverse stakeholders, including government officials.
  • Familiarity with the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure), with the ability to define project requirements, timelines, costing, and service levels.
  • Experience in monitoring project status, SLAs, issue resolution, and vendor performance, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
