Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Corporate Affairs will lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance our reputation, influence policy, and mitigate risks.

Core Areas of Focus:

  • Policy Advocacy & Influence: Engage with government officials and industry leaders to shape policies that benefit our business
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media personnel and government officials
  • Crisis Management & Reputation Protection: Develop and execute crisis communication protocols, and serve as primary media spokesperson during sensitive situations
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to environmental clearances, labor law compliance, land use permissions, and industrial licensing requirements
  • Community Relations & CSR Integration: Lead land acquisition processes, liaison with revenue officials, and coordinate with legal teams on property-related matters

Skill Requirements:

  • Expertise in engaging with government and industry leaders to influence policy and advance business goals
  • Proven ability to handle media during crises and proactively mitigate risks
  • Deep knowledge of land procurement, labour standards, and the socio-political landscape
  • Capability of developing and executing data-driven public affairs strategies
  • Skilled in leading a team and influencing stakeholders within a complex, matrix organization
