As the Branch Head, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing operations, ensuring the effective execution of corporate gifting solutions.

You will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining client relationships, managing a team, and ensuring overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients within the designated region.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
    • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand unique gifting needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff.
    • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and quality control.
    • Ensure timely delivery of gifting solutions while maintaining high product standards.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Marketing and Promotions
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance visibility and network with potential clients.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage branch finances, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
    • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
    • Prepare accurate and timely reports on branch activities, sales performance, and market trends.
