Supply Chain Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) consultant to lead and deliver Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations.

About the Role:
  • This is a highly demanding position that requires strong expertise in SCM solutions, particularly in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing full-cycle Fusion SCM solutions across multiple modules, including Inventory, Product Data Hub (PDH), Purchasing, Order Orchestration, Manufacturing and Costing, and Supply and Demand Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations, driving projects from inception to delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Projects, and Technical Teams, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion SCM modules to meet client needs, focusing on Inventory, PDH, Purchasing, Order Orchestration, Manufacturing, Costing, and Planning.
  4. Develop and deliver training sessions for client stakeholders and end-users, ensuring seamless system adoption.
  5. Support presales initiatives, providing solutioning, client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and demonstrations as required.
  6. Maintain subject matter expert status in SCM Cloud offerings, advising clients on best practices and product roadmap implications.
  7. Prepare functional documentation, including BRDs, MD50s, Test Scripts, and Training Materials, to support implementation success.
  8. Oversee system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production support activities to guarantee high-quality delivery.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion releases and product roadmaps to provide informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management solutions, with a focus on Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
  • Proven track record of delivering full-cycle Fusion SCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory, PDH, Purchasing, Order Orchestration, Manufacturing and Costing, and Supply and Demand Planning.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to drive project success.
