Application Leadership Role:

A seasoned Application Lead is sought after to spearhead the development, configuration, and deployment of cutting-edge applications. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing and building robust systems using Java 17.

 

Detailed Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of application development, from design to deployment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters
  • Develop and implement secure web-based applications leveraging modern Java Web Frameworks such as Spring Boot or Micronaut
  • Design and develop scalable distributed systems with a focus on microservices architecture
  • Ensure seamless integration of containerized applications utilizing Docker
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD practices and version control systems like Git or Mercurial
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in software development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in software development and application leadership
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Java (runtime, standard library, common 3rd party libraries)
  • Experience with reactive programming frameworks like WebFlux or Reactor
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
