Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose cloud architecture using open-source cloud orchestrators like CloudStack, virtualization, and automation technologies in complex multi-tenant environments.
  • Collaborate with clients and prospects to showcase our solutions and effectively communicate key differentiators.
  • Assist customers with initial product evaluations and testing to set the stage for successful implementation.
  • Prioritize technical requirements aligned with business needs to ensure project success.
  • Respond to RFIs or RFPs, communicating product differentiators.
  • Prepare and deliver differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
  • Manage and/or deliver technical validation activities, including Proof Of Concepts.
  • Foster relationships, enable, and work with partners to identify and capitalize on opportunities.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing cloud solutions in enterprise settings.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud technologies, concepts, and leading private cloud platforms like VCloud, OpenStack, and CloudStack.
  • Awareness of virtualization concepts, especially hypervisors like ESXi and KVM.
  • Familiarity with container technologies, particularly Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of network and application security, infrastructure hardening, security baselines, web server, and database security.
  • Awareness of other enterprise products and solutions, such as storage, security, and compute solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills, experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and BoQs.
  • Highly effective presentation skills and composure when interacting with technical and business clients or prospects.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced international environments.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
