Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.

You will assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, and support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

You will work closely with auditors during financial audits and assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Your duties will also include ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or M.Com preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
