Job Title: Rebates Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP using Vistex modules.
  • Apply best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims effectively.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Vistex solutions with other SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD) and Finance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor providing guidance on best practices and leading workshops to define solutions.
  • Document and test Vistex configurations, including unit tests and defect management.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution.
  • Provide end-user training and support for successful adoption of the Vistex solution.

Required Skills & Experience

Vistex Expertise: In-depth experience with Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.

SAP SD Knowledge: Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and understanding of its integration with Vistex.

Business Acumen: Solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to perform configuration, minor developments or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.

Bonus Points: Previous experience in similar roles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are highly valued.
