Matrix Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Matrix Analyst. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting complex analytical systems.

About the Role:

  • This position involves deep expertise in Matrixx, IN/Billing system development and support.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and business models.
  • Your responsibilities will include managing operations teams and collaborating with onshore/offshore teams to bridge gaps and identify risks.
  • You will be required to debug issues and find root causes to ensure smooth production systems.
  • Additionally, you will participate in user clarification sessions and new feature rollouts for Billing systems.
  • Quality assurance is also a critical aspect of this role, requiring you to lead quality assurance for new features and track requirements and functional changes.
  • Experience in MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration, Task processing (API), Events processing, and channel server management is essential.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Matrix analysis.
  • Expertise in Matrixx, IN/Billing system development and support.
  • A strong understanding of client requirements and business models is necessary.
  • Ability to debug issues and find root causes is critical.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills are required.
