Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Research Associate to join our team.

  • This role will involve independently performing routine scientific research tasks using standard techniques, procedures and equipment under general supervision of the lab team leader.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for adapting and optimizing or developing new methods and procedures, contributing to technical solution finding processes, proposing solutions and discussing with managers.
  • Key responsibilities will include demonstrating engineering and tech transfer proficiency, assisting and supporting R D teams and cross-functional teams in scale-up of new products technology, troubleshooting or improving existing processes, summarizing and documenting results in lab journals, preparing technical reports and maintaining clean working laboratory environments.

About the Role:

  • Possess sound knowledge and experience in scientific research, ideally within a lab setting.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
