Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on various research projects, applying their expertise in scientific research and experimentation.

  • Independently perform routine scientific research tasks using standard techniques, procedures and equipment under the general supervision of a lab team leader.
  • Develop, adapt and optimize new methods and procedures, contributing to technical solution finding process through active participation and discussion with managers.
  • Demonstrate engineering and technical transfer proficiency by proposing solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide assistance and support to R&D teams in scaling up new products and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot or improve existing processes to enhance overall laboratory efficiency.
  • Compile and document results in lab journals and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working laboratory environment, ensuring suitable working equipment is available.
  • Perform general laboratory assignments as assigned, including raw material inventory review and maintenance of lab instruments.
  • Comply with regulations concerning safety, health and environment, upholding the highest standards of responsibility and accountability.
