US Financial Operations Specialist

Optimize financial performance with a leading accounting firm that specializes in end-to-end solutions for global clients. We seek a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage accounting operations for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks for multiple US clients
- Record journal entries, general ledger adjustments, and ensure timely transaction posting
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP
- Perform bank account, credit card, and inter-company balance reconciliations
- Support the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards for clients
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent field
- 2-4 years of experience in US Accounting / Outsourcing / KPO industry
- Strong knowledge of US tax compliance, payroll processing, and GAAP principles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
