Our ESG consulting practice seeks highly skilled and dedicated professionals to play a vital role in guiding top global clients towards sustainable impact. This position involves providing expert advisory services across diverse markets and industry sectors, driving the development of comprehensive ESG strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps.

  • ESG Gap Assessments & Recommendations: Conduct thorough assessments for client organizations and provide impactful recommendations for improvement.
  • Peer Benchmarking: Evaluate sustainability performance across various sectors and identify best practices.
  • Social Impact Evaluation: Assess the social impact arising from client business activities on stakeholders.
  • Compliance & Guideline Provision: Provide clear guidelines and advice to ensure client compliance with relevant sustainability standards.
  • Data Collection & Reporting: Lead data collection and accurately report findings related to sustainability impact.
  • ESG Strategy Development: Offer consulting support for developing comprehensive ESG strategies and frameworks.
  • Sustainability & Integrated Reporting: Leverage experience in writing high-quality Sustainability, ESG, and Integrated Reports.
  • Performance Dashboards & Diligence: Drive the creation of performance dashboards and conduct ESG diligence.
  • Risk & Opportunity Assessment: Identify potential challenges and areas for strategic growth through thorough ESG Risk and Opportunity assessments.
  • Global Standards & Models Knowledge: Apply knowledge of commonly applied global sustainability standards, including DJSI, Sustainalytics, BRSR, TCFD, GRI, CDP, SDG, SASB, UNGC, UDHR, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sustainability, Energy, Engineering, Environmental Studies from an accredited college/university required; Post graduate degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
  • 2 - 4 years of related work experience.

  • Excellent communication skills enabling rational explanation, exploration, and discussion of complex sustainability issues.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work effectively under pressure and respond to changing project demands.
  • Creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills to enable innovative solutions.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills for analyzing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills for clear delivery.
  • Technical skills including Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva are preferable.
