Manufacturing Accounts Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Accounts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions related to manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with Tally and Excel. They should also be proficient in preparing invoices, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely completion of all financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vouchers, invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients.
  • Follow up on pending payments and resolve any payment discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.
  • Handle and fill GST returns.
  • Perform daily accounting tasks and ensure timely completion of all financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GST regulations.
  • Experience with Tally and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
