We are looking for Accounts executive Gender FemaleWork location Velachery ChennaiExperience 1 to 2yrsQualifications and Skills Proven work experience as an account executive accountant or in a similar role for at least 1 to 3 years Mandatory skill Experience in managing GST returns and compliance processes Mandatory skill Knowledge of TDS compliance and related activities Mandatory skill Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software used for financial operations Experience in generating invoices and managing billing cycles and processes Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple financial tasks Effective communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members Roles and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping and financial reporting Ensure compliance with GST returns and TDS filings Generate and process invoices ensuring timely billing and collections Maintain accurate records of income and expenses using Tally and other accounting software Assist in preparing financial statements and reporting for management review Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and audits Provide financial analysis and insights to improve business processes and strategies Handle any other finance-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
