Job Title: Senior Associate – Lead Design Engineer

Location: Chennai, India

Experience: 4–8 Years of Expertise

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Domain: Body-In-White (BIW) Design and Development

Tools: CATIA V5 for Part, Assembly, Sheet Metal, GSD, and Drawing; Teamcenter

Key Skills:

  • Developing BIW components and structures for Passenger and Commercial Vehicles
  • Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), vehicle packaging, assembly processes, and feasibility
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tooling, stamping, and regulations

  • Support Value Analysis – Value Engineering (VA-VE) and concept creation
