Job Overview:

The Red Fox Makeup Academy is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to join our team as a Counsellor cum Sales Expert. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong passion for the beauty industry, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

About the Role:

  • This position involves connecting with prospective students, guiding them through our course offerings, and converting leads into successful enrolments.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in sales or counselling, preferably in the education or beauty industry.
  • A Master's degree in Psychology would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Management & Conversion
  • Lead Management: Reach out to prospective students through outbound calls to introduce them to our makeup courses and programs.
  • Rapport Building: Build rapport with potential clients, understand their goals, and counsel them on the most suitable courses.
  • Follow-up Activities: Follow up with leads in a timely manner, addressing inquiries, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Clinical Relationship Management
  • Data Management: Accurately update and manage lead data in the automated CRM system.
  • Status Tracking: Track each lead's status, notes, and follow-up activities to ensure all interactions are recorded.
  • Prioritization: Regularly monitor CRM entries to prioritize leads and optimize follow-up timing.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establishing Trust: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to build trust and provide a supportive experience.
  • Query Resolution: Handle queries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Performance Metrics and Feedback:

  • Quality Lead Analysis: Provide feedback to the marketing and management teams regarding lead quality and sales trends to help refine strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and suggest actionable solutions.

Collaboration with Marketing Team:

  • Messaging Consistency: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and promotions across campaigns.
  • Sales Support: Support marketing initiatives, including special offers or workshops, by proactively promoting these to prospective students.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or counselling, preferably in the education or beauty industry.
  • MA in Psychology would be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and makeup artistry is a plus.
