Senior Cloud Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform.

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud infrastructure is scalable, secure, and highly available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS and Terraform.
  • Manage and maintain existing cloud infrastructure.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and high availability of cloud infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement scripts and automation tools to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Chef and Ruby for configuration management.
  • Proficiency in AWS cloud services and architecture.
  • Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
  • Solid understanding of Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
  • Scripting experience with Python.
  • Experience with Ansible for automation and orchestration.
  • Proficiency in Docker for containerization.
  • Familiarity with Payments systems and PCI DSS compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in application migration to cloud platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect).
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
