Job Position:

Sr. Creative Strategist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft creative work for multiple brands, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitch showcases.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients for campaigns and scripts.
  • Maintain award-winning standards in creative work and pursue relevant awards for recognition.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, receiving direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Coordinate with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media posts to annual strategy.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to ensure efficient processes.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance creativity and client goals.
  • Present throughout the production process, from idea to final product.
  • Conduct research on brands, competition, and target audiences, staying up-to-date on industry trends and news.
