Software Engineer

This role is a key position within our engineering team, requiring an experienced professional to oversee the development and maintenance of software solutions.

We are looking for a skilled engineer who can take ownership of projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test software applications in Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and implement solutions.
  • Lead by example, mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices throughout the organization.
  • Contribute to the implementation planning and estimation process.
  • Develop comprehensive quality coverage and ensure high responsiveness to issues throughout the software lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proficiency in Java programming, including data structures, threading, OOP, design patterns, functional programming, and memory optimization.
  • Experience with Spring Framework, messaging and API technologies, and RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • JavaScript development skills, including proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design.
  • Familiarity with database management systems, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices.
  • Agile methodology experience and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
