Senior Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to deliver high-quality software solutions while maintaining existing ones.

The ideal candidate will encourage a best-in-class experience for users, and contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop services and products that provide high-volume, low-latency, high-availability, optimal performance, reliability, and security in implementations.
  • Identify key details and focus on delivering incrementally. Support the design, implementation, and testing of new features.
  • Review technical specifications and architecture diagrams prepared by the Architect/Principal. Support change management, capacity planning, and emergency response as an expert in the runtime environment and business logic behavior.
  • Guide and supervise junior developers to understand the architecture and technical specifications. Participate in pair programming on complex tasks to reduce risk and facilitate knowledge exchange.
  • Develop code in accordance with industry standards and company best practices. Ensure comprehensive automated testing coverage.
  • Engage actively in all agile ceremonies, including sprint refinement, planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in software development, preferably with experience in AI, data, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with technological advancements.
