Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Technology Leader who will spearhead our engineering efforts and drive innovation. As the Director of Technology, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned technologist with a strong background in software development, architecture, and leadership. You will be responsible for defining and implementing our technology strategy, driving technical excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions
  • Define and implement technology strategy to support business objectives
  • Drive technical excellence through code reviews, architecture decisions, and knowledge sharing
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, practices, and methodologies
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or GCP
  • Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, or Go
  • Knowledge of database management systems, including PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Experience with DevOps tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results
