Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Senior Business Intelligence Lead.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the development of business intelligence solutions, including data visualization and reporting. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex business intelligence solutions in Power BI.
  • Lead collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of analytics deliverables.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modelling, performance tuning).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts.
  • Exposure to ERP systems is preferred.
  • Power BI certifications are a plus.
