Job Description:

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for optimizing the design and manufacturing process of electronic products. This involves performing DFM analysis in PCBA and fabrication analysis in PCB to ensure efficient production methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform DFM analysis in PCBA and fabrication analysis in PCB.
  • Analyze testability and generate DFT reports, as well as simulate mechanical assembly processes and create DFA reports.
  • Develop DFx procedures and checklists based on customer requirements, generating reports according to findings and observations.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal manufacturing teams to define DFx requirements and rules.
  • Ensure timely generation and circulation of DFx reports to stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members and provide training on relevant software and tools.
  • Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues and prepare KPI reports for weekly/monthly operation reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-7 years' experience in DFx methodologies, PCBA DFM process, DFT, and DFA analysis.
  • Bachelor of Technology (Electrical/Electronics) or Diploma (Electronics).
