We are seeking an Innovation Analyst to support our product and strategy teams. This role will focus on researching emerging technologies, identifying innovation opportunities, and evaluating new use cases for AI-driven enterprise solutions.

As an Innovation Analyst, you will be responsible for scanning market trends, analyzing new technologies, and supporting innovation initiatives that align with our product vision. You will contribute to building business cases, evaluating pilots, and ensuring that innovation efforts are tied to measurable value for clients.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious and thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and strategy. They can scan global trends and connect them to practical enterprise use cases. The candidate balances creative ideation with structured analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, technology research, or innovation roles.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with exposure to BFSI, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or digital transformation concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools for reporting insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for emerging technologies.
