  • Attending industry analyst events
  • Providing executive feedback on vendor positioning
  • Tracking vendor news and announcements (including financials)
  • Developing social media presence and propagating research and insights
  • Updating the market forecast annually

Key skills and qualifications include keenness to learn and absorb relevant IT services domain knowledge, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to become one of the leading subject matter experts on the market for next generation approaches to IT services.
