Lead Software Engineer for Innovative Products

The successful candidate will guide and lead excellence within the teams to drive software engineering standards, developing innovative products that deliver market-leading results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of engineers to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain software development processes and standards to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement the best suited engineering model based on current business context and available resources.
Technical Requirements
  1. Design and develop organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for software construction and refactoring.
  2. Plan and lead software construction activities for strategic, large, and complex development projects.
  3. Drive the adoption of new methods and organisational capabilities, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Full Stack development including Mobile development, C, BDD, TDD, Cucumber, ADO, GIT, iOS, Android Architecture, REST Services, Database Design, Responsive web design, ORM frameworks, Application architecture, Containers, Micro Services.
  • Awareness of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, build pipelines, SQL, Azure Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services.
