Project Management Specialist

Job Overview

As a seasoned project management professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert-level guidance and support to clients on the implementation and optimization of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost management. They will be skilled in utilizing Primavera P6 Professional Team Member and P6 Analytics to create project schedules, global codes, resource codes, calendars, EPS OBS hierarchies, cost codes, user roles, project and global privileges, and different views for users.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost estimation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of Primavera P6 EPPM, including modules such as project planning, scheduling, and cost management.

  • Conduct requirement gathering, business blueprint meetings, UAT meetings, and conduct training on the Primavera P6 EPPM implemented module.

  • Prepare requirement gathering documents, BBP documents, test scripts, UAT documents, and training documents.

  • Develop strong knowledge of Primavera P6 web services and APIs.

  • Work with backend database table structures to fetch reports data for Primavera P6 tools.

  • Collaborate with the team to design and test enhancements to Primavera P6 and Primavera, primarily in developing additional UDR and custom reports with BI Publisher and carrying out enhancements.

Requirements:
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3-12 years of experience in project management, planning, and scheduling.

  • Skills:

  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM, Primavera P6 Professional Team Member, and P6 Analytics.

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
