Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on a senior leadership role in our organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing wealth insurance products and leading teams to achieve sales growth and expand market presence.

The selected individual will be responsible for aligning country-specific strategies with global wealth strategies, ensuring consistency in product, pricing, promotion, and platform/channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage income provisioning and GST submissions to maintain financial integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase product penetration across segments and enhance the share of wallet from existing customers.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to governance approvals, launch, and commercialization.
Requirements
  • At least 10-12 years of relevant experience in managing wealth insurance products.
  • MBA from a reputed institute or Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or equivalent qualifications.
