Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager for 3D Products to oversee the quality of our 3D team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining high visual standards, auditing editor work, and leading corrective actions.

">Responsibilities:
  • Set and maintain high visual standards (realism, lighting, layout)
  • Audit editor work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions
  • Work with trainers to upskill based on real data
  • Create SOPs, streamline workflows, and speed up editing without losing quality
  • Boost Jeeves scores, reduce rework, and help grow internal editing adoption
Eligibility Criteria:
  • 3–5 years in virtual staging
  • QA or team lead experience
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, 3DsMax
  • Data-driven mindset + strong visual feedback skills
  • Degree in Architecture, 3D Product Designing
