Senior Systems Engineer – Collaboration Platforms

This is a long-term contract position with one of the largest, global technology leaders.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Collaboration Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will automate business processes, participate in the technical design of platforms, and manage ongoing feature changes in collaboration applications.

Solid technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams are essential.

About This Role:

  • Automate business processes and participate in technical designs.
  • Manage feature changes in collaboration applications.
  • Oversee administration and integration of collaboration platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Establish strong relationships with users.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years technology support experience.
  • 5+ years Administration and implementation of Collaboration Tools.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Extensive experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power Platform.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable components.
  • 4+ years Experience building efficiency workflows.
  • Successful track record working on multi-functional team projects.
  • Knowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation support.
