Job Title: Technical Architect Position

Key Requirements:

Siemens Opcenter technical architects design, integrate, and optimize solutions across manufacturing and product lifecycle management landscapes. Ideal candidates have deep expertise in Siemens Opcenter MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules, along with experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM.

This role is critical to ensure seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across enterprise systems.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Siemens Opcenter solutions.
  • Architect and implement MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules including LIMS and CALVIN.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
  • Integrate Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM, ensuring synchronization of materials, BOMs, and work orders.
  • Utilize middleware and APIs to enable seamless data exchange across systems.
  • Analyze manufacturing and lab processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support data validation, audit trails, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, GxP).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA/QC, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams.
