Cloud Architect Advisory Role

This is a senior-level role within our organization, focusing on the strategic planning and design of SAP landscapes for customers.

  • We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect Advisory to lead the planning, design, and guidance of customer SAP landscapes on the SAP RISE platform.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and create tailored landscape architectures.
  • This role involves discussing landscape designs with customer leaders and their technical teams, as well as joining meetings and answering technical queries from customers.
  • As a customer-facing position, strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts are essential.
  • Hands-on work is not required in this architect role.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesBill Of Material Review & Analysis

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for reviewing technical accuracy of Bill Of Materials, validating product versions, and providing feedback to sales teams.

  • Do technical validation of customer landscapes to ensure product version build viability.
  • Analyze Early Watch Reports & Technical Data to validate hardware selection/sizing.
  • Work closely with Sales Teams on architecture, landscape, and to-be solutions.
Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature

In this role, you will prepare technical assessments, conduct workshops, and perform networking activities with customers.

  • Prepare Technical Assessments to discuss with Customers and explain about their to-be landscape.
  • Conduct Technical Assessments with customers.
  • Perform workshops with customers (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews).
Customer Deal Support – Post Signature

Once the deal is signed, you will support customer onboarding, answer delivery-related questions, and provide key information during the sales cycle.

  • Answer questions of Customer relating to delivery.
  • Provide delivery with key information during sales cycle.
  • Answer questions of delivery specific to the delivery.
Required Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least 6 years of experience in CAA roles, holding SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and S/4 HANA skills, as well as experience in cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) and good communication skills.
