Program ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IP/SoC Program Management, with 5 to 7 years of experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Strong communication and planning skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
  3. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  4. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and status.
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Regression Management System and Scripting Languages.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
