Workday Adaptive Specialist

This position requires a highly skilled professional to maintain and support Workday Adaptive integrations with Workday HCM and NetSuite. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced level day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on system-related questions.

The ideal candidate will have experience administering the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, including user management, data integration, model and formula building, system configuration and reporting. Additionally, they will be responsible for documenting project deliverables, process and workflows, as well as promoting system adoption and proficiency among end-users.

This role is critical in staying abreast of industry best practices and new features in Workday Adaptive.

What Youll Need To Be Successful:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance or related fields with 3+ years of experience on Workday Adaptive
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive functionalities Integrations with Workday HCM, NetSuite, admin tasks, model building, reporting (Matrix/OfficeConnect), formulas and dashboards.
  • Support testing phases across solution development life cycle
  • Document system design, configuration and development objects
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated financial systems and best practices
  • Reporting to the manager
