Job Title : Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Management Specialist, with expertise in both cloud and on-premises Master Data Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing, implementing, and supporting MDM solutions across various platforms to maintain a unified view of master data.

The role involves configuring and customizing MDM tools to meet business requirements, ensuring compatibility across environments, as well as developing and maintaining master data models for different domains such as customers, suppliers, products, and financial data.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Design, implement, and support MDM solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms to maintain a unified view of master data.
  • Configure and customize MDM tools to meet business requirements, ensuring compatibility across environments.
  • Develop and maintain master data models for various domains such as customers, suppliers, products, and financial data.
Integration And Data Synchronization :

Implement and manage integrations between cloud MDM platforms and on-premise systems.

Develop and manage data pipelines, APIs, and ETL workflows to synchronize data across hybrid environments.

Data Governance And Quality :

Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security.

Implement data quality rules and tools to monitor, clean, and validate master data.

Performance Optimization :

Monitor the performance of MDM systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Optimize workflows and processes for data ingestion, cleansing, and integration.

Collaboration And Stakeholder Engagement :

Partner with data stewards, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver MDM solutions.

Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of MDM systems.

Compliance And Security :

Ensure MDM solutions comply with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data within MDM systems.

Documentation And Continuous Improvement :

Maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM processes, system configurations, and data models.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, ensuring continuous enhancement of MDM capabilities.
