Product Manager - Payments Hub

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to spearhead the strategy, development, and evolution of our payment processing platform. This role demands in-depth expertise in ACH and Wire transfers, with exposure to RTP, FedNow, and card payment networks.

About the Opportunity

The Product Manager will collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and business teams to define the roadmap, deliver scalable solutions, and drive adoption across financial institutions and payment partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payment network integrations, ISO 20022 messaging, and API-based payment systems.

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Payments Hub.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation to deployment – with a focus on security, scalability, and real-time processing.
  • Develop functional specifications for payment integrations.
  • Partner with engineering to design APIs and workflows that meet compliance and operational requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Define and track KPIs to improve platform performance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in payments product management within a financial institution, fintech, or payment processor.
  • Deep expertise in ACH & Wire transfers (Nacha rules).
  • Hands-on experience with RTP, FedNow, and card issuing/processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payment network integrations and ISO 20022 messaging.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and fraud detection.
