Role Overview

This dynamic role as a Chartered Accountant involves leading and managing statutory audit engagements for clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, Companies Act, and audit methodologies.

  • Manage the execution of statutory audits for multiple clients.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Review financial statements, audit working papers, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve complex accounting, auditing, and reporting issues.
  • Collaborate with clients' management teams to facilitate smooth audit processes.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting/auditing standards and regulatory frameworks to maintain expertise.

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, Companies Act, and audit methodologies is essential.
  • Experience working with listed/unlisted companies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills are required.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments independently with minimal supervision.
